RESTAURANT BLOSSEM
Restaurant Blossem is an ode to craft, seasonality, and the connection between the kitchen and the guest. For this project, I was asked to document the full experience: from the raw beauty of fresh ingredients and the intensity of the chefs in action, to the atmosphere of the dining room during service. This series captures the meticulous attention to detail that defines their kitchen, showcasing the human element behind every plate.

Focus on the ingredients and the start of the process. High-detail macro shots of seasonal produce, textures, and the raw potential that enters the kitchen. This chapter sets the tone for the quality that Blossem stands for.
